FAULT OR NO-FAULT DIVORCES
Divorces in the state can either assign fault or be
considered no-fault divorces. No-fault divorces can be granted by a judge if
the spouses prove they cannot live together because there is an
“incompatibility of temperament,” if there has been an irretrievable breakdown
