Based on all the above authorities a lawyer can
outsource work to a person or entity in a different country if:
1.
The person or entity is adequately trained
and competent to perform the outsourced work.
2.
The lawyer adequately supervises the
outsourced work.
3.
The lawyers discloses the nature and extent
of the outsource relationship to the client including the fees the client must
pay for the outsourced work and the fees the lawyer must pay to outsource work.
4.
The person or entity must follow the Rules
of Professional Responsibility including keeping secret and confidential client
information and avoiding conflicts of interests.
