The Attractiveness Of Offshoring In The Philippines 10

Fortunately, for the lawyer and the service provider there is a large pool of college graduates in the Philippines. Fortunately for the lawyer and service provider, and unfortunately for college graduates, there is high unemployment and underemployment[1] in the Philippines, and for reasons not germane here, the employment situation will remain the same. Thus, in the Philippines wages are low but educational attainment is high. The Philippines is ranked 8th (thus, in the top 10) in the most attractive countries for offshoring A.T. Kearney Global Services Location Index. [2]
