Legal process offshoring to the Philippines can
be very attractive to lawyers. The Philippines, a former US colony, stresses
its long cultural ties with the US and the excellent English skills of its
population to attract English-speaking call centers.[1]
Philippine laws[2]
are written in English and are modeled after U.S. Laws. The judicial system[3]
and the rules of criminal[4]
and civil[5]
procedure are very similar to U.S. Laws.
