third party.
Nearshoring is when law firm activities
are relocated to a neighboring country (e.g., US organizations relocating their
work to Canada or Mexico).
Large
corporations and law firms have sourcing legal processing for years including
offshoring. A standard LPO contract detailing the sourcing terms in any
arrangement for legal processing between a lawyer and a third party in a different
country with a choice of law clause therein.
