Based on The Handbook of Global Outsourcing and Offshoring [Kindle
Edition], Ilan Oshri (Author), Julia Kotlarsky (Author), Willcocks (Author)
major operations, strategy, innovation, or planning should not be
outsourced1 - executive thinking brain functions.2
LPO Carmona divides the lawyer brain into the Executive, Repetitive
Complex Processes and Based Processes. In any legal matters a lawyer must
strategize and plan the matter by using executive functions. Also, in any
legal matter there are Repetitive Complex Processes that should be
performed by nonlawyers but supervised by a lawyer. Finally, any law firm
must perform based processes such as human resources, trust and regular
accounting, filing and calendaring.
