The Role Of A Western OLPI And Offshore Legal Provider Capabilities 2

An offshore legal process OLPI is a person that is from the U.K. or U.S. with extensive management and legal training and experience who has resided in the offshore country or has daily voice contact with the offshore country for 3 years or more that understands the practice of law, that trains the offshore personnel, that monitors contract negotiations and performance and that makes sure that the lawyer and provider are satisfied as to their reasonable expectations[1] (such a person is referred to as an "OLPI" in this article).
