7. Technology exploitation: This refers to
the capability of rapidly deploying new technology as it is one of the key
reasons for business process outsourcing (Willcocks and Lacity, 2006). This
capability requires careful evaluation from the lawyer-customer’s perspective
and should go beyond the pure technical skills of the provider. Significant
areas for consideration include the values and behaviors the provider brings to
technology exploitation, the processes that are followed as well as the
infrastructure that is used as the basis of technology exploitation.
