A note about Forms
If the parties have reached an agreement and do not desire
to proceed with a lengthy trial, they can use Rocket Lawyer’s easy interview

of child support, custody and visitation.
In addition, the state of Missouri has provided a divorce
packet for all of its residents, free of charge. Please remember that even if
you plan to represent yourself in the divorce, it is still a good idea to
consult a lawyer before filing the forms on your own.
Please remember that the rules in your county will probably
dictate your divorce; do not be surprised if there are extra forms or
procedures.
