And the alleged Act of Domestic Violence required for the second condition can be any of the following:

    Assault;

    

    Harassment;

    

    A terroristic threat (or threats);

    

    Criminal restraint;

    

    Criminal mischief;

    

    Stalking;

    

    More serious criminal offenses.
