The American Bar Association, New York Bar Association, San Diego Bar Association, Ohio Supreme Court, Florida Bar and North Carolina Bar all have determined that a lawyer can hire the outsourcing company from a different country and also can comply with the ethical rules if the lawyer follows certain procedures.
