NEVADA Part 35

It has been five years since the last court order, I am sure that my ex’s income has gone up, can I seek to increase my monthly child support payments?

The right to review of the child support is statutorily every 3 years or upon a showing of changed circumstances.  Change in income of 20% up or down is usually considered change in circumstance.  As a matter of public policy, child support may not be made non-modifiable, regardless of the agreement of the parties to make it so.
