WASHINGTON Part 35
2
Go to your county courthouse to file the
restraining order paperwork. A courthouse clerk specializing in restraining
orders will be available to help you fill out the proper paperwork and then
file it with the court. This is where having all the information about the
respondent prepared ahead of time is so valuable. The courthouse clerk will be
able to provide you the best help possible with the more information you have
about the respondent.
