VISITATION OR “PARENTING TIME”
The parent who does not have custody of the children
still has the right to see and spend time with their children. This is usually
called Visitation or Parenting Time. In all cases involving custody of
children, you need to give the Judge a proposed Parenting Plan. The Parenting
Plan sets forth custody, visitation/parenting time, exchanges of visitation,
and other important things about how you and your spouse will address issues
involving your children. Please see the
“PARENTING PLAN” section above for more information.
