child receives Social Security, as well, as a function of dependant benefits
and this money goes directly to mother, who is the primary custodian of the
child. In most circumstances, this
amount is more than the statutory guideline, and could even be more than the
presumptive maximum. Thus, the father
does not pay any child support directly to the mother.
