NEBRASKA Part 25

If you cannot reach an agreement with your spouse, you may need to go to Mediation. At Mediation, a neutral person will try to work out the differences you have with your spouse regarding custody, parenting time, and other issues. A parenting plan may be mediated. Some lawyers attend mediation with their clients, but others do not. For more information on the Nebraska Parenting Act click here.
