future regarding custody problems or child support issues?
Generally, there are two options with the custodial parent
moves out of state. The first is that
any time after the custodial parent and child have lived in another state for at
least six months, the custodial parent can seek to have the new state take
jurisdiction over the case. This is
referred to as “domesticating a foreign judgment.” The second option is to have Nevada maintain
jurisdiction.
