In domesticating your Nevada judgment in the new state, the
new state takes the case and in the future, applies that state’s law to the
case. You cannot come back to Nevada for
orders, etc. The benefit is that you get
to litigate where you live rather than incurring travel costs to litigate in
Nevada.
