NORTH CAROLINA SO THAT NORTH CAROLINA CAN TREAT IT AS ONE OF ITS OWN DECREES
FOR PURPOSES OF CHILD SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT?
Yes.You may file and register the other state's decree
with the Clerk of Superior Court in the county where you reside under the Uniform
Reciprocal Enforcement of Support Act.You may also register a North Carolina
decree in the state where the other parent lives for purposes of enforcing
child support.
