"They just took this law and used us as guinea
pigs," she continued. "Jeff and I are paying for it."
The law was changed at the 11th hour from covering
post-divorce awards to temporary maintenance, creating some confused language
in the statute, all sides agree. Legislators say the formula was intended to be
