OHIO Part 2

In order for any type of divorce to be granted in
Ohio, the trial court must determine residency and grounds. Specifically, the
plaintiff, or the person filing for divorce, must be an Ohio resident for at
least 6 months before he or she files for divorce. Also, the plaintiff or the
defendant must be a resident of the county where the divorce was filed for at
least 90 days.
