1. What do we
need to get a divorce?
Oklahoma is one of few states that still maintains
fault grounds for divorce, though it also essentially grants no-fault divorces
on the grounds of “incompatibility” (i.e., irreconcilable differences). In
order to get a no-fault divorce in the state of Oklahoma a couple must first
meet the residency requirements.
