OKLAHOMA Part 44
Sexual relationships. A parent's sexual behavior
must relate directly (have a nexus) to the child's welfare to warrant a
modification of custody. Where the nexus can be proven, a modification may be
in order. A parent's involvement in a same-sex relationship is not sufficient,
absent evidence of harm to the child resulting from the relationship, to
warrant a change in custody.
