If I have custody, will I receive child support?
It depends. So long as you have more than 50% of the
physical custodial time with the child, you will be deemed to be the primary
custodial parent permitting you to receive child support from the other parent.
If it is exactly 50/50, so long as you earn less money than the other parent,
you will be entitled to receive child support from the other parent.
