Step 2:

Regardless of which protective order you are going to apply for, you will be using a local Ohio court of common pleas to make your request. The court of common pleas has different departments, but this does not really matter for your sake. Just go to the court clerk's office and tell the staff which kind of Ohio restraining order you want to receive.
